With this being the second store branching from our sister store in Bedford, Texas, The Cigar Shoppe, Cigars PR has now been established for the better part of 5 years since 2003. Shipping Information:
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We do not charge accounts until the Merchandise is ready to ship and an e-mail is sent to you, our valued customer, upon mailing of the merchandise. If, you, our valued customer, wishes to pay extra for insurance on any of the fragile arts or crafts, shipping may cost more.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returned items need return authorization and must be in new conditions. Open cigars boxes are not refundable due to Health Departmen Regulations. Shipment must be cancell before it leaves our store or a 10% re-stock applies.
All refunds given to the customer CC.
